The starting point of the project is an existing building in poor conditions with two façades to be preserved endowed with elements of municipal interest.
The existing building is inserted in a block with no architectural harmony, voids to be completed and existing buildings with different ownerships.
The design intends to contribute to an overall urban unity whilst imposing itself as an assumedly contemporary structure.
